Reserve por la página una habitación 0ara 4 personas y después de pasar una noche allá nos dijeron que era para dos y que teníamos que pagar el valor de la habitación como adicional para poder estar más 4 personas, cuando en ningún momento antes lo habían comunicado, la verdad nefasto. Nadie sabía respondernos porque ni nada, no querían darnos los 4 desayunos, un desastre

Un desastre en todo sentido. Llegué con mi familia al hotel, con la reseva confirmada digitalmente. Al llegar el recepcionista me informa que la reserva no está, al momento chequea, encuentra la reserva y argumenta que fue cancelada. Ante semejante situación le solicito pueda solucionar la situación, cuestión que no sucede. Paseamos por todos los hoteles de Ciudad de Buenos Aires hasta encontrar alojamiento en Palladio Hotel, un excelente alojamiento. Ahora estoy realizando los reclamos pertinentes a la cadena a la que pertenece el hotel y no he recibido respuesta, todo muy desastrozo.

No tienen resuelto el desayuno con protocolo covid. Te mandan un detalle del desayuno para que descartes cosas porque no quieren servir todo. No hay nadie pero igual se hacen los estrictos con el horario. Una de las toallas estaba SUCIA con maquillaje y otra con olor a cebolla. No te ofrecen descuento, te ofrecen pagar en *****. La cochera no es parte del hotel, es un taller al lado y lleno de CHATARRA. Parece sacada de una película de terror.
