The whole experience was top notch … from the check in to the check out ! The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Security was evident in the lobby (professional) … the room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. Location was very good for us … restaurants in the area (with security) … easy walk to the sights of interest. Would stay here again.

Es la primera vez en la vida que me cobran (exageradisimamente) dos saquitos de café instantáneo que consumí en la habitación, pensando que eran complementarios como suelen ser en la mayoría de los hoteles de esta categoría. No sólo eso, si no que me cobraron dos veces un agua mineral que sí declaré (como corresponde) al hacer el check out. Como era un monto bajo lo abone en efectivo y hoy veo que me lo debitaron en mi tarjeta una vez más junto a los dos saquitos de café más caros de la historia. Una VERGÜENZA! El monto no es alto, pero la actitud y la falta de respeto al consumidor es inaceptable.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of a Quark cruise in Patagonia. Our room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. We dined twice in the lobby bar and the food was very good. Our luggage handling was efficient. We would stay here again if we return to Buenos Aries.

Me entregan una habitación que para mí está bien. No me importaba que la puerta del baño la estuviesen arreglando. Para mí es mucha más molestia volver a empacarlo todo y volver a avisar a mis clientes de mi nuevo número de habitación. Son 7 los clientes a quienes informe del número para que me llamasen para las citas… Insistí en que no quería cambiar pero me obligaron en contra de mi voluntad. Además son excesivamente rígidos con los horarios, de nuevo la política de empresa atropella al huésped. Ocurre que en fin de semana el gimnasio abre a las 9 y el desayuno se cierra a las 11. Como hago deporte hora y media llegué dos minutos tarde al desayuno y no me lo dieron. Impresentable. Además la nueva habitación estaba a 31,5 grados centígrados de temperatura. Gran sudada y a cambiarme de camisa antes de salir a la calle. Es un cúmulo de molestias que empañan la estancia y el humor del huésped. Después de 23 años

Excellent service aveec un petit-déjeuner digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Son emplacement est parfait par rapport au lieu du congrès (conventional center de Buenos Aires) avec 10 minutes à pied. Le jardin est vraiment très beau. Tout autour de très bons restaurants

I have never left a negative review for an hotel before. We arrived after the most magnificent holiday. We had booked a deluxe room and were given a standard room in The unrenovated floors. It was reminiscent of The Overlook Hotel in the Shining. We had also booked a double bed and were given 2 singles. I called reception and explained the situation the reception retorted with “why are you calling me”. I asked to have the room we had booked and she said “no - I am not changing your room”. I then had to spend hours with the manager whilst trying to order food in the restaurant (which when it arrived was poor and pretty inedible) The Manager was very helpful and accommodating but the reception staff were utterly rude. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
