El hotel bien, el desayuno excelente. Fui un finde para descansar la piscina estaba helada.Mi idea era pasar un finde de descanso adentro del hotel. Avise varias veces y dicen que esta bien q es asi que prendieron la caldera y en el agua q viene de la caldera salía helada por lo cual es una falta de respeto al huesped decir algo q no es. Yo había llamado y me dijeron que era calentita. No volvería.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, recepção muito cortês. Café da manhã muito bom, dentro do esperado. Hotel bem localizado, perto do Teatro Colon. Acústica do quarto boa, não se ouvia barulho da rua. Ótimo custo benefício.

Tivemos o fato desagradável de sermos roubados. Isso para mim é gravíssimo e não aconselho ninguem fazer hospedagem nesse hotel.

Sempre quando vou a Buenos Aires me hospedo neste hotel. O café da Manhã é muito bom, os quartos com vista para a Av. 9 de Julho são bastante amplos e a localização é excelente (próximo às principais atrações). Este ano como ponto positivo destaco a limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns. Também gostaria de destacar o excelente atendimento do Daniel durante o Check In. Prontamente atendeu a uma solicitação de quarto que havia feito durante a reserva. Recomendo bastante o Pestana Buenos Aires.

First of all, I booked through ******* but couldn’t figure out how to write my review there so I’ll do it here. Excellent! From the front desk to the staff in the restaurant and bar and the cleaning crew; a big shout out and thank you! Our room was upgraded to a suite because we are ******* customers. (I use almost all the sites) the room was clean, lovely, and from the bed to the furniture all comfortable. We only stayed one night before our cruise, but definitely would’ve longer if we could. Centrally located, walking distance to fun shopping. I highly recommend this hotel in Buenos Aires. They have others in other locations, I know where I’ll be staying if I’m in any of those cities.
