It is a small kind of apartment but not stove nor pot nor pans nor utensils for cooking , in other words kitchenette is poor …. You can only use microwave and it make our staying more expensive. We could not cook and we had to spent in meals outside . Supposedly breakfast was included, but is is only one coffee and two croissants outside premises and in other block far away .
They said they can not offer stove because the electricity system does not resist it . They don’t have concierge and the reception in under the stairs for second floor. We did had to pay extra taxes that we were not informed .

A estadia no hotel teve seus pontos positivos, como a boa localização e o quarto aceitável. No entanto, a decepção veio com o café da manhã, que se resumiu a um simples pão e café. No primeiro dia do ano a situação piorou, com a entrega de um saquinho contendo café solúvel e um biscoito. Além disso, houve uma tentativa de cobrança em duplicidade, o que acrescentou frustração à experiência. Uma gestão mais cuidadosa desses aspectos seria fundamental para melhorar a qualidade geral do serviço.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, consegue fazer muita coisa a pé! Bem na frente uma Starbucks e Mc Donald, na esquina uma cafeteria maravilhosa: Tienda do Café. Além de várias lojinhas para comprar água, suco, ou alguma comidinha para deixar no quarto. Atendentes prestativos, quarto grande com mini cozinha, ar condicionado e ventilador de teto. Foi uma ótima surpresa e custo benefício!

Estuvimos alojados un fin de semana largo. El departamento en si es cómodo, no tengo casi nada que decir. Las fotos son acordes a lo que uno se encuentra, el problema radica en hechos que por foto no pueden transmitirse. La conexión a wifi era PÉSIMA, se vivía cayendo, usar netflix era una odisea, lo mismo usar la computadora, no tuvimos casi conexión y estamos en PLENA Capital Federal, no en un campo en medio de la Patagonia. Otra cosa que me pareció totalmente desagradable fue que el bidet no funcionaba, algo inadmisible al menos para mi. Muy linda ubicación y todo, pero no lo recomiendo. En Buenos Aires tenés en la misma zona otras alternativas por la misma plata.

A estadia foi agradável. A acomodação é bem agradável, ficando em localização privilegiada, próxima à agências WU, cafés, mercado, MC Donald e com restaurante de milanesa em frente. Cabe observação aos elevadores que são pequenos, comportando, apenas 2 pessoas, ao banheiro que possui banheira, limitando um pouco o espaço na hora do banho e ao fato de não ter taças e nem ao menos abridores de vinho à disposição. Mas de forma geral, a opção de estadia é bem atrativa.

On a very busy boulevard. Definitely no hotel amenities although there is a mini fridge and microwave in room. Room is sparse. We had to ask to get toilet paper, clean towels or room made up. Rooms really need an update. However I have to say the front desk people were always nice. They held our luggage for a few days (for $3) when we checked out and took a side trip to Iguazu. Also they let us have a 3pm checkout (for $42) on our last day. Across the street from Starbucks and McDonalds. A couple doors down from a 24 hour minimart and nearby a money exchange place.
