Ker San Telmo Hotel Reviews

Very nice hotel, with good facilities and services. The only problem we had was that they asked us for insurance money to enter and it was returned upon admission, and it had to be in cash/credit card, which we did not have at the time and no previous document said so. Beyond that, it was resolved and the stay was good.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and the facilities are in good condition. I had a problem upon arrival because I booked a room through Trip for 4 people and at the hotel, they told me that 4 people were not allowed in one room. So, the attendants gave me the option to book 2 rooms or cancel the accommodation. Now, imagine: where would I go with my family at 8 pm in another country? I was quite upset about this. I had to book two rooms, pay extra and amazingly: when I arrived the first room had two king beds, meaning my family and I could fit in one room without any problems. Trip should observe this before selling accommodations so that the customer is not harmed.

This is the first time I have come across such a strange rule, requiring check-out before 10:00 a.m., and you can’t sleep in on Saturday mornings on business trips. Although the hotel has a note, I still didn’t see it when I placed the order. I took it for granted that it was 12 o’clock. Alas😔The bed in the hotel is very small and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear the snoring from the room next door. The hotel walks, elevators, and rooms are full of inferior perfume smells. Breakfast is also extremely simple.

Good hotel, lot of places near by. Very good breakfast, don’t miss the fried potatoes, it was yummy. Good for Vegan, Vegetarian and Buddha people. ☺️.

Great location close to Puerto Madero. Room was updated and spacious. Included breakfast was above average and the coffee was excellent! Special kudos to front desk agent Facundo, who went the extra mile in accommodating our request for an early check-in. All-in-all, an excellent value for the money.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and it’s in a good area handy for Placa de Mayo & Casa Rosada. The dining room and pool area are shabby with mouldy ceilings and when it rains buckets are placed around to catch the leaks. Food was ok, lots of cakes/sweet things plus eggs. In 2 of the days the fresh fruit had run out and wasn’t replaced and had to ask for plates in 2 days as there weren’t any, no tables are laid so you have to get you own cutlery plates glasses etc. I think it’s a bit over priced for the poor condition of dining room & shabby pool area

We stayed at the Ker San Telmo twice during a recent trip to Argentina. Both times the experience was a very positive one. The rooms we had were very clean and only had very minor cosmetic issues. The entire hotel appears clean and well managed and the staff has been very helpful. The only issue which occurred at both arrivals was that I initially was offered one, rather than the two connecting rooms I had booked - both times the matter was resolved within minutes.

Great facility and in safe area. Convenient taxi/Uber rides everywhere. Breakfast was just mediocre Very friendly staff and helpful Would stay here again

This hotel is in a good location, Tango shows in walking distance. Lobby staff are very courteous and speaks English. Breakfast was adequate, we ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was good. Bed was comfortable, Wifi was good, air con worked and had hot water with good pressure. Would recommend this hotel as it was good value, location and great staff.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to walk to many interesting places: San Telmo, plaza de Mayo with the cabildo, Cathedral and Casa Rosada. As well as walking distance to Puente de la Mujer and many bars and restaurants in Puerto Madero.

Great hotel and within walking distance to San Telmo and multiple subway lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms super nice.
