I had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace .
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service
The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .

Very nice hotel in Microcentro district of Buenos Aires. Room was on the smallish side but very comfortable. Free WiFi. Included onsite breakfast was very good. Front desk staff, particularly Carolina, was very helpful and all were fluent in English. Close to subway stop and many restaurants. Recommended.

A lovely boutique hotel in the Retiro area near Barrio Norte. Modern renovations in the rooms and public area but retains som charm from the past. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Particularly the folks at the desk. Beautiful park just in front of hotel and close to major shopping areas and sites. An excellent value for money.

Great central location of Palacio Paz Hotel to visit Buenos Airea City. I was there for Business, but I was able to enjoy some nice walks during my free time. Modern hotel, choose a bigger room and it’s better. Nice breakfast and bar. Will return !!!

We stayed for 1 night around 2 weeks ago before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the front desk host, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel late morning after a long flight from the US. We were relieved that our room was ready. We were starving and Daniel recommended a restaurant near the hotel that was excellent and affordable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the plaza. It was in a great location and we walked all over and saw landmarks like the Obelisk and Teatro Colon. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and sofa. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value.

This hotel is incredible for the price. The location is perfect, the staff are lovely and the rooms are modern and spacious. We got an upgrade and had a beautiful view of the palace from our window. Staff were lovely and remembered our orders at breakfast. Cleaners were amazing too. Highly recommend.

I had more expectations. It is a hotel for one or two nights. It has a good location and the price-quality ratio is not very good. For that price there are better ones in the same area. A very basic breakfast and a good rest, since the area is quiet. If I had no other options, I would return

We made a reservation at this hotel to begin our stay in Buenos Aires. We arrived, nice hotel, I who knew the city and the Retiro neighborhood, already located the hotel from the outside. Our reservation was for two people, so we understood that it would be at least a double bed or two single beds. When we entered the room, the room was tiny and the bed was one of those that was not enough to be a two-seater. I went down to reception to ask for a room upgrade, and the response was that the reservation was for a studio I don't know how much, in circumstances that my reservation said a single room. Anyway, my question is what responsibility does the hotel have that allows me to be assigned a room like this, regardless of my reservation, when we are two people. Of course the man at reception had no problem resolving the issue and told me that he could probably give me something better the next day. Funny fact, the bathroom in the room was almost half or more than the room itself... In other words, everything was poorly thought out, I say a few m2 less for the bathroom and more for the bed, what do I know... ..... In the end, of course, the next day no one ever spoke out about solving our problem. The next day was Sunday, we went down to have breakfast, the room where it is served was very nice..... Surprise, there are no eggs, they told us "they don't make eggs here", coffee was not ready either, we had to ask for thermoses with coffee .....it only had bread, ham cheese, and a few drinks with a tuti frutti.....which were like a thimble........ Anyway. We went to have breakfast somewhere else. The next day, Monday, we were leaving, luckily...... Of course with a very bad memory of the hotel; which, as an anecdotal fact, is called a Boutique hotel.........you judge. In this beautiful city of Buenos Aires, there are a thousand better places to stay.

Response from Property: Dear Mr. lrojasmellado, I am very sorry for the experience you have had with us. I have tried to find your data and your reservation to understand what your reservation process has been like but because of this user data I could not do so. Palacio Paz Hotel is a historic building that has been remodeled for its reopening, I understand that it was not what I expected. Yes, I need to inform you that the measurements of our rooms are reported in all reservation channels. If not, it would be very helpful if you could inform us to correct this as soon as possible. Regarding the breakfast service, I will share your comments with our colleague to improve service and information since our breakfast does have an egg service, prepared in different ways at the time of request. I thank you for sharing this experience, we continue working every day to improve our service and experience for all our Guests. I greet you respectfully

The hotel is located in a privileged location in front of Plaza San Martín. The hotel offers rooms with views of the square, as well as a wonderful breakfast to start the day in the best way.

I was this afternoon invited by this Mr. He made me waste my time and he didn't even pay me for the taxi! He invited me this afternoon and he told me to go for a walk. I picked him up and we went up to his room. He fixed my hair and suddenly he told me to go to a restaurant, I never talked to him about eating or money! He made me go down the street to look for a taxi. He turned around and walked away as if he were nafa, leaving me alone. He didn't even pay me for the taxi? I lost 4 hours of my day off, he made me leave things I had to do on his whim to go to his hotel. He finally left me alone and turned around as if nothing had happened.
