Llegamos al hotel y éramos un grupo de casi 60 personas. Llegamos a las 11am y aún no tenían las habitaciones disponibles. Recién a las 16hs nos entregaron las habitaciones. Cuando llegamos, una de las encargadas nos permitió guardar nuestro equipaje en un salón vacío, para así no esperar y poder salir del hotel. Cuando volvimos a recoger, nos atendió otra persona, una señora rubia, no se si sea la dueña, pero fue muy desagradable y nos gritó por pasar a buscar nuestro equipaje del salón. Dijo que no debíamos haber guardado nuestro equipaje allí ni haber entrado al hotel porque aún no nos habían designado habitaciones, sino que debíamos haber esperado en la calle hasta que nos llamen. También esta misma señora rubia gritó a otras personas del grupo porque no les gustaba su comportamiento. Fue una experiencia horrible. Ya no quiero volver. No recomiendo a nadie ir a ese hotel, busquen otro.

Muy amplia la habitación. Lamentablemente me tocó al lado del ascensor, donde aparte del ruido de la gente del aseo, también la puerta del elevador se oía. La entrada no siempre estaba la persona para abrir. Y el desayuno lo llevaban a la mesa sin poder escoger. (solo indicar si era Té o Café) Excelente ubicación.
