Staff very friendly and helpful, but heater wasn’t working and the outlets were all loose so charging any was difficult. Great location.

La experiencia fue increíble. Pasamos precioso. Fui con una amiga y con mi hija. La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba muy limpio todo. Muy linda la decoración. Divina la vista sobre la plaza. Muy buena ubicación cerca de los comercios, cafeterias, restaurantes y locomoción. La atención es muy buena.

Horrible!!!! Pedimos que nos cambiaran de hotel. Nos cobraron una triple superior y nos encontramos con una cama Matrimonial y un sofa de living. Todo con codigos. No habia nadie ni siquiera recepcion. Solo un totem q no solucionaba nada. No vayan!

Initially upon checking in there was good communication about which room we were in and how to get in with the QR codes. After that communication ended. I tried emailing and calling the numbers I had with no response. We also tried using the hot tub on the top floor but doors were locked, we couldn’t find a way to request access for anything upstairs. The room was decent but nothing special. We were really hoping to get late check out or even just leave our bags with a front desk but because there was never anyone at the front desk or that returned my messages - we ended up having to pay for storage at a facility for part of the day. I think this is more of an apartment building than a hotel at this point. The area outside of here was ok and walkable but I’d prob stay somewhere else if I visited again.

The bed, instead of having a fitted sheet, had two superimposed 1-seater sheets and did not have a mattress topper. The kitcknet did not have a sponge or detergent, nor a dish drainer. Not a garbage can either. The steel of the lift was very dirty.
It does not have daily cleaning service.
On the balcony there are two chairs but no table to even put down a glass.
