The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location. The ABC restaurant diagonally across the street had good quality and cheap barbecue. The street was very lively and there were people dancing Argentine tango at the intersection. WiFi is fast. Overall feeling good. I don’t know what to do if I didn’t eat breakfast.

Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America.
They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry "scan the QR code". When asked about what would be open (it was Chris**as), they told us to ask around the street.
Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better.
The rooms were good and appropriately clean.

Well located near Florida street. Walkable distance from autobus station if you take te shuttle from the airport. Basic hotel but all you need for one night stay. Plenty place nearby to eat. Staff very helpful. Will stay again

Is a nice hotel, Not AIR CONDITIONER, the customer service is terrible, no one from management contact me about the situation. I arrived to the hotel for my check in, and the same moment the receptionist tells me that the air conditioning did not work, that if I stayed or wanted to cancel. They charged for 4 stars hotel, when is not deserve it. I was in September 2022 and it didn't work either.
