Menu repetido y muy poco para elegir ,asensores en mal estado,las fotos publicadas de las habitaciones no son las mismas en físico

Pros: Location is good. Only half a block from the Avenida 19 de Julio. Next to the obelisk. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Jorge in the reception desk went out of his way to try to make us feel at home. He was very nice and professional with us. That is it for the pros!
On the cons: The hotel is old and not well taken care of. it is Dirty and we saw roaches in the lobby area and roaches and ants in the room. Bathroom faucet in my room had a water leak. Not recommended.

The hotel has aged and is asking for a renovation that will never come, but the personnel is very professional and helpful, location is fantastic

O hotel é excelente. Porém, quando colocamos o cartão para ligar a luz…a energia acabou, mas foi um técnico e arrumou. Fora isso, os funcionários são ótimos e servem um excelente café da manhã.

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita, realmente muito boa. Dá para fazer quase tudo a pé, SAN Telmo, Plaza de Mayo, Porto Madero. Fora que a zona do Obelisco a noite é mais lindo, é seguro, tem base policial bem perto do hotel. A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos. Precisa terminar o box do banheiro. Precisa melhorar a limpeza dos quartos. Wi-Fi foi bom, café da manhã simples, depois colocaram ovos mexidos. Funcionários sempre atenciosos e simpáticos.

La habitación es espaciosa y completa, la ubicación de las mejores que hay. El personal agradable. Necesita mantenimiento en materia edilicia. En el baño todas las canillas goteaban o perdían por un costado. El desayuno rico pero escaso.

It was relatively cheap for the peak holiday season and it’s very well located. Central and still very quiet room.
However, the pictures are not representative of the rooms you get. It’s my second stay at this place so I can now say it confidently. They really need maintenance and deep cleaning.

Hotel antigo, nosso quarto precisava de manutenções básicas, como arrumar torneira pingando, trocar a cortina que é menor que a janela e não veda totalmente …nosso primeiro quarto estava com ar condicionado quebrado, reclamamos no dia seguinte e não arrumaram, somente no outro dia em que fizemos nova reclamação, nos trocaram de quarto e isso atrasou a nossa programação diária …mas no final deu tudo certo. A localização é excelente.Arrumação do quarto tb boa e diária.
