Terrible service, terrible elevator, minimal breakfast, overbooking at the beginning so a member of our group had to sleep elsewhere. Room was not clean, pillow smelled. DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL. No minor problems can be resolved by the (young) staff. I bet that after this negative comment there will be a positive one … guess how they do that …

Today, April 14, 2024, having a valid reservation, since at no time has the hotel informed us that it had been cancelled, we find that the hotel is full. Thus generating a damage that has not been satisfied by the east. That is why I do not recommend booking there under any circumstances.

It is a small hotel in a very good location in a quiet neighborhood of elegant French-style buildings, on a street with little traffic. The price according to the quality. The rooms are not very big but enough not to top**** with each other. Remodeled. The elevators are not big and old, we stayed on the third floor and that was good because we could move up the stairs

The location in Recoleta is excellent. You can walk to the main tourist attractions in Recoleta and also to the center. Close to cafes and restaurants.

DIRT EVERYWHERE The room was dirty everywhere, dust, dirty feeling…. The bed was made with a duvet without a cover, we asked for a cover and they told us that they did not make the beds like that, disgusting since after a customer they do not proceed with washing these duvets. Some lousy towels, which obviously get soaked after a shower, we left them on the floor to change, and they proceeded to hang them up. The room was not cleaned the next morning. You cannot fail in one of the most important things in a hotel. what is cleaning
