A localização do hotel é boa, mais o serviço é inesquecível, #sqn, todos os dias faltavam toalhas e as que eram disponibilizadas, mais pareciam trapos! O elevador é outro ponto insuportável.(dos quartos é possível ouvir a movimentação do mesmo, e a demora para utilização, mesmo modernizado, suas portas nao sao automáticas).E o que mais incomoda é que mesmo comunicando o ocorrido na recepção nada melhorou, chegou ao cúmulo do hóspede descer para comunicar a ausência total de toalhas, sem esquecer de citar os tapetes de banheiro , pasmem rasgados! Ausência de gerência! Não recomendo. 👎 Erros podem acontecer, e ao comunicar poderiam ser sanados, agora os fatos aconteceram todos os dias! E sequer fui contatada para maiores Esclarecimentos ou explicações. Mesmo tendo solicitado. O site é redes sociais não aceitam comentários. Só resta nosso sincero relato aqui.

Terrible service, terrible elevator, minimal breakfast, overbooking at the beginning so a member of our group had to sleep elsewhere. Room was not clean, pillow smelled. DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL. No minor problems can be resolved by the (young) staff. I bet that after this negative comment there will be a positive one … guess how they do that …

En el día de hoy 14 de Abril de 2024, teniendo una reserva vigente , ya que en ningún momento el hotel nos ha comunicado que se había cancelado, nos encontramos con que el hotel esta lleno. Generando así un perjuicio que no ha sido satisfecho por el este. Es por eso que no recomiendo bajo ningún concepto reservar en el.

Es un hotel pequeño en una muy buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo de edificios elegantes de estilo francés, sobre una una calle con poco transito. El precio acorde a la calidad. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero suficiente para no top**** el uno con el otro. Remodeladas. Los ascendores no son grandes y antiguos, nos alojamos en un tercer piso y eso era bueno porque podíamos movernos por las escaleras

La entradas y el lobby están muy bonitos, a las escaleras y las puertas de los cuartos les falta limpieza y arreglo, los elevadores son muy antiguos, la calidad de las camas, almohadas, toallas y blancos no es bueno
