Wonderful hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consists of ham slices, cheese, croissants, pastries, cereals, juices, coffee, milk. You can order scrambled eggs for an additional $2.00. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of water pressure and hot water for a good shower. Also has a bidet. Close to dining and shopping options. Within two miles of most major attractions. Air conditioner a bit noisy, but didn’t really bother me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pessoal muito atencioso. Se fala português. Localização excelente perto de todos os pontos interessantes no centro. Quarto de bom tamanho para viajantes sozinhos. Se precisarem a recepção providencia adaptadores para as tomadas elétricas.
Bom custo benefício.

Este hotel tiene una relación precio-calidad muy favorable al húesped. Las habitaciones son confortables, las camas buenas (aparentemente cambiaron todos los colchones hace poco tiempo) y el desayuno es más que correcto. Las habitaciones del 9º resultaron con poca presión de agua pero la solución fue inmediata: cambio al 5º piso, presión excelente. Destaco del Waldorf el profesionalismo y calidez de su personal, sin excepciones. Esa es la mejor cualidad del hotel.

I got a room on the 9th floor, the room weren't that clean and it felt old and I hade to go down to the first floor twise as one time I had no water and an other because it was no warm water coming. The breakfast was very simple.

O hotel tem ótima localização e funcionários cordiais, sobretudo o Lucas. Todo o resto é bem ruim. Os quartos são velhos, escuros e mal conservados. O Café da manhã tem poucas opções, basicamente pão doce, faltam opções de sal. Mas o pior foi a toalha de banho com um buraco no meio que foi trocada por um desfiada.

Fiquei 2 vezes neste hotel.A primeira num quarto antigo ,a segunda num quarto remodelado.Este si bem espaçoso e muito confortável.Assim ,convém dizer que querem um quarto remodelado,muito superior aos antigos. O pequeno almoço é muito simples,podia ser melhor. A localização é muito boa para quem queira conhecer a cidade,bons restaurantes na zona e a um passo de Puerto Madero.

Mal hotel. Las fotos son un engaño. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. En un momento no tuvimos agua. El internet es malisimo. El desayuno muy basico. La verdad no lo recomendaria.

El hotel es pequeño, tanto en las áreas comunes como en las habitaciones, pero no le falta nada. Me tocó una habitación con vista interna, la cama era cómoda y tenía espacio suficiente para comer. Pedí servicio a la habitación que fue rápido y bueno. El baño tenía pérdida de agua en la pileta pero solo estuve una noche así que no me molestó mucho. El desayuno correcto. Muy amable todo el personal del hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. (Fui en junio 2022 pero me olvidé de escribir la reseña y no puedo elegir una fecha anterior)
