Gente muy amable,para atender,temas ,como orientacion,en cuanto a medios de transporte. Hotel MUY limpio y comodo. Aunque tiene otros servicios (spa etc),no los llegué a ocupar. Desayuno bastante bueno,en relacion a otras experiencias,en otros hoteles de similares caracteristicas.

La ubicación del hotel era excelente para lo que necesitaba. El trato del personal fue muy cálido y destaco su amabilidad, fundamentalmente durante el check-in. El desayuno no era muy variado pero todo lo que probé estaba muy rico y muy bien presentado (a mí no me hacía falta más). La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y confortable. Fue una estadía muy corta en el hotel pero me sentí muy cómodo. Me alojé en la habitación 404.

Hotel de 3 estrellas con buenas instalaciones, buena atención y en zona accesible, la unica contra que encontramos es la falta de cocheras pero hay cercanas, buen desayuno variado incluido , buena limpieza y comodidades que hicieron grata la estadia

Pésima atención en el KER VILLA URQUIZA fui para el carnaval y nada de lo que decían cumplían, con mi amiga pagamos la promo spa que venía hora de jacuzzi y 30 minutos de masajes relajantes Cuando pedimos el turno para los masajes nos cobraban aparte y el jacuzzi cuando llegamos la chica de limpieza nos dijo que solo 45 minutos porque tenía que limpiar. Al margen de eso cuando pedimos el servicio de masajes que aunque venia en la promo venía y no lo querían reconocer me dieron 1 hora porque quisieron de masajes a pesar de que me habían agendado 30 minutos, pague los 30 minutos porque me lo dijeron y al día siguiente antes de irme a desayunar la chica en recepción nos apretó a mi amiga y a mí para que paguemos esos 30 minutos extra. Una decepción porque no respetan los horarios y te ponen cosas que uno no pidió. No lo recomiendo.

Very clean and the staff is friendly. Only downside our room was directly above the main street and the noise and lights were coming through the windows all night.

Buena atención del personal, instalaciones acordes a lo esperado. Cuentan con otros servicios spa y piscina que no utilizamos por la corta estadía. Desayuno como lo anuncian y para nosotros estuvo adecuado. zona con acceso a metro y centro comercial.

Good location away from central ba but close to train, subte and various bus lines. A variety of good places to eat close by. Included breakfast was adequate without being outstanding. I will be staying here again.

Excelentes comodidades en la habitacion y la limpieza optima. El desayunador tiene muy buena cocina y la atencion es tambien remarcable. Tienen preparaciones propias muy ricas. Buena ubicacion en la ciudad.
