Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

What a great hotel! It's located in a residential neighborhood in Palermo with many restaurants, shops, parks and squares in easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious with large windows and comfortable beds. Breakfast is generous and delicious. But it is the staff that really makes Hotel Fierro so special. Friendly and accessible, they helped us with so many aspects of our Buenos Aires experience, from where to exchange money to airport transportation to local restaurants that offered a great salad and light dinner.

Truly excellent service by the hotel and restaurant teams. I speak very little Spanish and they were accommodating, helpful and kind. The neighborhood is great. Perfect experience.

Excelente estadía! todo el equipo muy amable y 100% atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones del hotel 10/10, habitación, piscina con hermosa vista, sauna y el desayuno muy completo! Adicionalmente nos ayudaron a comprar unos tickets para un show, y nos orientaron en el cambio de divisas. Mención especial a Coral por su amabilidad y atención por nuestra “luna de miel” y a las chicas del restaurante UCO.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fierro Hotel. The included hotel breakfast was fabulous, staff are friendly and helpful and room was clean and well equipped. We really like the neighbourhood - we felt safe, it was quiet but plenty of restaurant options and close to walk places!
