Hello....it caught my attention that breakfast is not included in the cost of the room, I have stayed in 2,3,4, and 5-star hotels and they have all served breakfast. My mistake for not noticing that the reservation clarified it...a separate point, the heating did not work well, the cable signal was poor...thanks for the opportunity to comment...

I give it a point because you can't do less. Disgusting! Very little cleaning, dirty carpets, smells... and the worst, FULL OF COCKROACHES. Very poor breakfast, poor quality products. Reception with very little friendliness. It is not a 4 star hotel nor is it even close.

Disaster and they stole some purchases that I had made, they stole them from my room, a disaster, the breakfast was poor and ordinary, the only thing you can eat are the croissants, the rest is inedible, the orange juice is water with powder, the only thing that was orange is the color, The rooms were filthy, I had to buy toilet paper because they didn't replace the mattress with the expired springs. I never thought that the bottle would be such a disaster for breakfast. I had to wait in line because there weren't enough tables. A disaster. The worst thing was the robbery. I had a horrible time, never again.

We stayed the long weekend of August for the first time, and we loved it. The hotel is very nice, the room is large, the breakfast is very rich and the location is great. In November we return. The afternoon receptionist whose name I can't remember is very rude. I highly recommend it!
