Worst hotel experience I ever had! Room is filthy, blankets stained with blood, I was bitten by fleas! Elevator is slow and breakfast basic and filled with pastries. Location is the only good thing, and Andrés on the reception was nice, other than that, please do not go there if you value your precious holiday time and peace.

O atendimento da maioria dos funcionários muito bom, mas o hotel é muito antigo e a instalação muito velha. Fiquei decepcionada. Café da manhã muito fraco.

O Épico Recoleta é um hotel "ok", ou seja, não compromete a viagem, mas cria uma expectativa de que poderia ser bem melhor, a começar pelo treinamento dos atendentes diurnos.
O café da manhã não é operacional, pois depende sempre de atendente. Também é proibido subir com comida para o quarto (segundo o hotel, por conta de hóspedes que sujam os mesmos). As instalações são limpas porém antigas e carentes de manutenções.

Muy cómoda la habitación. Confortable su cama. La ubicación es muy buena. La atención del personal es excelente! Buen desayuno, aunque limitado. Ascensores muy pequeños. La relación precio - calidad es adecuada. El sector es seguro y hay lindos lugares de comida y tragos.
