Excellent hotel, service 10/10, they really take care of any other people's inconvenience. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, it is cheap and I highly recommend it. It is so well cared for that it does not seem like it was 2 stars (attached photo of the view)

Hotel looks more like a hotel for homeless people. Horrible room, weak air conditioning (I sweated like a pig all night) during the day, at 10 in the morning they turn it off. Leaking bathroom. Tiny room, "hotel that doesn't provide security". I was humiliated by the night employee who took my wallet before going up to my room to get money to pay Uber (even though my payment was registered on the APP as being by card). Be careful with this scam. They accept your ride even though they know it is with a registered card and then FORCE YOU to pay with cash. I explained this morning to the "manager" who didn't care. I booked for 6 days and only stayed 2. I packed my things and got another WONDERFUL hotel, UP BARRIO NORTE. This rating is 1000. I asked for a refund from ********** but they informed me that the hotel did not agree. Here's a tip: when you arrive at the hotel, see everything, from the reception, the staff and the room. If you don't like it, ask for another room or ask for your money back even if you have to call the police. Detail: This was my 26th in Buenos Aires and my first disappointment.

Aspectos positivos: boa localização; bom atendimento; funcionários atenciosos; perto de transportes, mercados e restaurantes. Pontos negativos: banheiro com banheira quebrada; box com cortininha e vazamento de água inundando o banheiro a cada banho; toalhas de banhos encardidas; pia do banheiro rachada; não tinha tomadas nas cabeceiras; têm lances de escadas para acessar a recepção e o elevador do hotel.

Hotel antigo, cheiro de mofo nos quartos, recepcionista despreparada, sistema de ar condicionado péssimo e quando fomos nem estava funcionando. Pedi pra cancelar e a administração do hotel se recusou informando que não tínhamos direito de ressarcimento. Quando adquirimos algo, pagamos, precisamos ter disponível o que contratamos, se não tem, tem sim que ressarcir. Administração mal educada. Não recomendo ninguém a se hospedar nesse hotel. Na cidade tem outras opções mais baratas, melhor estrutura e atendentes mais educados!
