The location and service are very good, but the water pressure of the shower in the bathroom is very low, and the barrier is not reasonable: a lot of water will leak outside

Todo bien , la atención personalizada de cada uno de los trabajadores A1 Cuarto espacioso, limpio, moderno . Desayuno completo y muy bueno. Tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos y fue muy buena experiencia, el Spa de primera. Linda vista , zona segura y a la vez cerca a todo, los taxis son muy baratos. RECOMENDADISIMO!

Some staff do their best effort. Others like at our checkout with a Venezuelan and Brazilian guys they made a living hell out of the place. Stay was nice but we left with a terrible last memory of this property. Btw prices are more expensive than NY or LA. Not worth it.

After coming off from a long haul flight of 16+ hours, I needed to decompress… I had to get rid of my puffiness before headed to see my clients! no one wants to be distracted by a puffer fish- Look while chatting! Valentina at the front desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and emphatic … she knew exactly what service to recommend and which theraphist would suit my (let’s get this lady unpuffed -needs) I was paired with Maria who was fantastic, I had the Fire & Ice 90 min service (hot stone body massage and cooler lymphatic drainage facial) which helps with circulation, jet lag and fluid congestion from being so many hours on a flight. My body and skin felt amazing for the entire length of my trip and I have to give credit to Maria’s extensive knowledge on draining fluid naturally out of your body via massage! Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to care for your guest! GRACIAS! The Space: Clean, welcoming and modern pool Sauna no wet steam room …

El hotel está bien pero demasiado caro para el tipo de habitación. En realidad y con la experiencia q tengo viajando hoteles con ese tipo de habitación y zona no deberían estar superiores a 300 usd. Lo único malo que tiene en realidad es el sobreprecio de la habitación.
