Very nice hotel with brilliant friendly staff. Good location for a short stay near some of the sites and great transport links. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for accommodation in this area.

I am very satisfied with the small and exquisite room. Everything is just right. I pay great attention to details. The room has solid wood floors, a kettle, and the fabric of the curtains is also exquisite. You can order food at the front desk and send it upstairs. There are many attractions around the hotel, which can be reached on foot, which is very convenient.

The staff were capable and helpful. The rooms were comfortable- a decent size and well equipped. The breakfast was good, they’ll make you an omelette and a cappuccino. A few different food selections each day. But it was noisy at times, from traffic to people shouting in the street.

Es ist in jeder Beziehung exzellent. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war schon superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, höflich-freundlich, geduldig, herzlich, sehr professionell. Das Frühstück ist fein mit recht grosser Auswahl. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich, sofort zu Stelle bei Spezialwünschen, hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zweckdienlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, gepflegt. Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl hier und bestens aufgehoben. Vielen Dank!

The Carles Hotel provided a wonderful stay for several days during a visit to BA earlier this year. It's located in a calm, neat area of Buenos Aires, from where (half) daytrips to explore either the city or catch the ferry to Uruguay are easily arranged. The people working here are very friendly and attentive. Making it a relaxing and comfortable experience from the moment you check in, till the moment you check out. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds, a proper bathroom and friendly priced room-service. The breakfast is also really nice, and provides a good start of your day. Will be staying here again during my upcoming visit to the city.

Hotel muuuuito bem localizado (no Retiro- próximo a estações de metrô, Recoleta e a 100 m da calle Florida), funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos, e um ótimo café da manhã. Quarto pequeno mas muito confortável e um banheiro ótimo. Pontos negativos: o hotel é basicamente o quarto, não tem piscina, restaurante para almoço ou jantar, e a academia é minúscula, basicamente a esteira. Tudo considerado, vale a estadia pelo custo benefício

Beautiful smaller hotel in Retiro but an easy walk to many sites around. Staff super friendly and so helpful. Room was very comfortable and generous size. Breakfast delicious and plenty of choice. Recommended to us by one of our guides we had prearranged a tor. Asked left before breakfast available they provided a takeaway coffee and boxed croissants to go.
