There was a kitchen in the room, so it was nice to buy ingredients from a nearby supermarket and cook a simple meal. It is a clean accommodation with a nice view. However, there are 4 elevators, but there were a lot of people using them, so I had to wait a bit.

Very warm welcome, the staff is available and professional. Great apar**ent, very well appointed and equipped. Good geographical location. Shops and restaurants around.

In a modern, all-glass building on the 45th floor with views of all of Buenos Aires from above, 3 blocks from Galeria Pacifico and Rua Florida, fully digitally lit.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station. It is also suitable for tourists. It is not far from San Telmo and Boca.

Relatively cost-effective

This 1 bedroom unit is not as good as another unit type! If you want a good-looking corner view room, it must not be this one. Location: In the central area, it is more convenient, there are all kinds of visiting supermarkets downstairs, and the supporting facilities are relatively simple; Hotel facilities: Hotel apar**ents, for this price, are clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large; Service: no one cleans! I heard that it was called, but I asked them to arrange cleaning on whatsapp and there was no response.

Gostamos muito, o studio em que ficamos tinha uma vista maravilhosa da cidade. Tudo muito clarinho e confortável. O Studio é um ambiente integrado sem divisórias, tem geladeira, cooktop 2 bocas e no nosso foi forninho ao invés de microondas.Tem banheira no banheiro. Bom esclarecer que o Top Rentals é um apart hotel, não tem bufet de café da manhã caso escolha a estadia com café da manhã, será fornecido um valcher para uma confeitaria próxima, com ítens limitados. O serviço de limpeza, só se agendar com a recepção. Não existe room service, pois não é como um hotel e sim apart hotel como falamos aqui no Brasil. No nosso caso escolhemos sem café para não ter obrigação de horário.Amamos a localização com todas as opções de transporte disponível em volta e próximo a todo o comércio: supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, cafeterias e Centro da cidade com Teatro Colon, Tango Porteno, Obelisco, Florida, etc... Gostamos tanto que resolvemos fazer mais uma reserva de mais 5 dias e como não havia disponível mais studios, mudamos para apartamento clássico ainda melhor. Recomendamos! Ficamos no 43° andar.
