It’s a high quality hotel. Note for some travelers that the breakfast is Kosher and they have a great kosher restaurant on the second floor. Spa is great with a beautiful swimming pool and even a steam room. I wish the gym opened at 6 am. I find 7 am to be too late.

What a wonderful hotel. The only negative is a king bed room really isn’t a king bed but two twin beds pushed almost together, there is still a gap between them. The hotel is very fancy and beautiful! I would not hesitate to stay there!

Sind zweimal auf unserer Reise hier abgestiegen. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir ein sehr grosses Zimmer/Suite. Das Hotel liegt am Rio de la Plata im modernen Madero Viertel. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten welche man von so einem grossen Hotel erwarten kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Abendessen waren gut. Die Liegeflächen am Pool sind nicht gross und sind daher schnell belegt. Beim zweiten Mal wurde das Zimmer von einer Reederei gebucht. Es war ein normales Standard Zimmer. Beide Zimmer Suite sowie Standard Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Im Restaurant gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Buenos Aires kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Es liegt sehr gut für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der City zu besuchen.

The room cards malfunctioned on the elevators causing some momentary distress. Staff were very courteous and were very quick to assist or make suggestions with almost every interaction. Breakfast was an excellent leisurely experience every time!
