Our air conditioner did not work. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.

Really nice place to stay! Staff was friendlynand helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds here are super snug and comfortable! The shower has high quality paraben free soaps and shampoo. The pool was clean and warm and the gym has treadmills and a pelaton bike ad well as a full selection of free weight dumbells. I loved my stay here highly recommend!

The staff was excellent, Michelle at the front desk was very helpful thru out our stay. She went over and above!
Debbie at the dining area was very helpful and was exceptionally nice.
Over all great trip, the only thing I didn't like was the mattress on the bed, it was very soft.

Room was disgusting: mold in shower, caulking needed replacing, slap stick property improvement in the shower with plastic shower surround on top of old tile, cockroach in room, and stains on the walls. When talking to the front desk excuses we’re made for every person why the condition was the way it was. No accountability or ownership. Even said she knew a dog had been in there and destroyed the carpet/room as well.

The staff here was very friendly. The lady that checked us in and the lady at breakfast treated us like family. I will definitely stay here again. Plus they have Texas shaped waffles.
