The staff is nice and super accommodating. I called about the difference in the 2 Suites they offer. The young lady that answered the phone wasn't sure about my specific request. I asked if I booked a room would it be a problem to change ,she assured me it would not. She checked with housekeeping and called me right back and then offered to change my reservation for me!
When we arrived the GM already had all of the notes about the change and had me ready to go!
We had a wonderful room and a very peaceful night's rest and stay!

This place is clean and making improvements. Customer service is excellent and rooms are beautiful. Woke up too late to have breakfast but coffee was good. I love the shopping mall is so near and so many food options. I also liked that I didn’t hear the freeway traffic noise at all. Good comfy beds.

We stayed a few nights & settled on this hotel because of the reviews. Great location but it’s an average hotel…a little more expensive than it should be. Looks nice in the photos but in person, this hotel is showing its age (paint over damaged walls etc).
Beds were fine. The water wasn’t hot in our room. Did not try the breakfast.
There were a few nights people were being loud in the halls. TWO nights where the fire alarms went off & woke us up.
You won’t get any rest here. Get a more expensive hotel & pass on this one.

Almost no healthy options for free breakfast. Other than hard boiled eggs and a couple fruit options, everything was high sugar bad stuff. Also they seem to not mind homeless people coming in to help themselves to some free food.
