The location is great, right by the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the overall environment was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. All in all, it was a pretty good stay.

It’s a lovely Double Tree. A regular to Double Trees staying there said it was the best he had stayed in. The pools were nice. We only had the breakfast option but it was very varied and tasty and you could sit outside on the terrace, weather permitting. The indoor pool was lovely. It’s by a promenade along the coastline. There’s a public car park at the hotel with special rates for guests which is handy as parking it not easy. The room was really comfortable and there were some shops, a small gym and pools outside. Unfortunately Bugibba the resort is undergoing a lot of construction so it’s not great as at March 2026 but I am sure it will be finished (the streets) soon. The bar area was nice and there was some live music and bits of entertainment too. Very nice hotel.

Pleasant, spacious hotel with excellent food. The pools are a bit small, and it's quite a distance from Valletta.

It’s generally good service and the bed is really comfortable. The only issue is the fridge is too small to fit stuff we want. Breakfast is nice and you can even take away.

The cleanliness was passable. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and kept ringing for a full hour. The next day, all they did was send out a letter. For the same price, I think staying in St. Julian's or Sliema might be a better option.
