Гостиница не соответствовала заявленным обещаниям. Персонал не компетентен, уборка номера была только по просьбе, хотя они обязаны каждый день убираться и менять полотенца (они не менялись вообще). Кровати и подушки очень жесткие и неудобные. Их пора и обновить. Так же при заезде в номере не оказалось ни воды, ни чая, ни чайника. При оплате за номер вообще получились недопонимания. Хотели оплатить по терминалу, он естественно у них не работал. Нас попросили перевести деньги через приложение клик, но при этом скидку даже не предложили за перевод и ндс. Потом прибежал якобы администратор и мы пошли в другую гостиницу и оплатили через терминал, ну и у них оказалась проблема с qr чеками. Единственное хорошее впечатление осталось о завтраках. И конечно расположение отеля. Но в округе достаточно много гостиниц и есть из чего выбрать.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. My room was big and bright, with good ac, wifi, a fridge, and nice desk. Although there was a tv, none of the stations were in English. I had unpacked my things and had spread stuff out on the desk and the floor. I was horrified when I came back to the room to find everything put away in various drawers and the wardrobe. The cleaner had even taken items out of bags. I was very upset and asked the tour leader to complain to the owner/manager. He claimed that they had hired new people. Whatever the reason, I did not find that behavior acceptable by a cleaner.

Good location beside the sightings but not easy to found, good and clean, there is no credit card machine and the owner is so rude and unfriendly. No one talk English so no one will help you if you need any information.
