Nice and clean hotel. Near to everything. Many restaurants around.

The staff were very polite. The breakfast was delicious with lots of traditional Uzbek dishes. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It would be better if there are elevators and slopes

It's right in the middle of the core scenic spot and convenient for travel.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in the old town. However, the service seemed expensive, and I was concerned about small details such as the poor flushing of the toilet and the lack of toothbrushes and tissues. The young receptionist spoke good English and was very responsive, but when I asked the large, older receptionist for a taxi, he refused with a smile and told me I could just get one on the street. It's a shame because the breakfast was good.

Excellent location. Hotel is good standard - Room 29's bathroom had glass shower screen and functioned well. Quick and reliable laundry service. Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast were delicious. English speaking staff at Reception were helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Malika in Bukhara, and my overall experience was delightful. The hotel's location, ambiance, and service left a positive impression on me. The room at Hotel Malika was comfortable and well-maintained.

This hotel is in the old town of Bukhara. The location is perfect because it is next to all the historic sites but also in a quiet area. The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful (Essenia was great). The wifi worked well which is rare for Uzbekistan. We had five people in our group so we had to get two adjacent rooms (24 and 25). The lobby was spacious and the restaurant served decent breakfast.

Very good location, the hotel is walking distance from the top attractions,. The rooms are clean and airconditioned. The staff were friendly and helpfull,they gave us good recommendations about restaurants, food and transport and local sights .We would come again .

We stayed here for two nights and our room was booked through our agency. We really like the location where is very easy to access the car drop-off place as well as other attractions. We aren’t sure what room the agency booked for us but it is quite small which isn’t a problem since we only go back to sleep. However, the bathroom really needs some upgrade. With only the shower curtain (which I personally dislike the most), water would be all over the floor if we don’t stick to the wall while taking a shower. With water flooded on the floor, it gets slippery. The other reason that I give two stars rather than 3 is one of the towels was dirty. It looked like someone using it to wipe off mud face mask without properly washed. There’s no way who folded the tower didn’t see it. Yet, it was still served to us. Breakfast is plain with limited options compared to most hotels we stayed in this two-week trip. I checked both booking and TripAdvisor and it seems like it’s a well beloved place. We might be just unlucky here but hopefully the hotel could take the comment positively and do an even better job in the future.

Right in the center of Bukhara this basic hotel could do more with a well trained and more friendly staff The receptionist didn’t tell us about the set menu when we booked the dinner at the hotel restaurant, we just find out by ourselves and cancelled the booking as it was not our taste She couldn’t show us on the map a nearby restaurant 10 min walking distance (the black and white photocopy map she provided is was blurry but still, she would know where it was. We were given a bedroom on the small courtyard and we were told it was quiet, we asked to change within minutes as we could hear guests talking loudly on the phones or between them and even smoking The breakfast buffet was modest and the staff very nice There is not enough room in the bathroom to leave our amenities and it kept falling behind the toilets So it’s a very convenient location for a basic 3 star hotel

Not stroller friendly entrance. Small room and bathroom. Ac took long time to chill. But got fine later on. Perfect location for sightseeing. Right in the heart of city, with everything on walking distance. Dint eat breakfast. Just location is the key for this hotel

The hotel is nicely placed in the main city center but the food is very very bad. Their kitchen doesn’t work properly and even hotel staff will ask you to eat outside. We stayed in room number 1 which had a nice and cozy ambiance but the worst part was the bathroom where plumbing was not working. Despite requesting the staff to either fix it or change our room, it was not sorted. Will suggest to look for other hotel near main city center.
