Use of an old building in the heart of the city, which ends up being its added value. The staff is friendly and available. Some rooms are weak but most are good. Local style decoration. The breakfast, while not bad, isn't anything special either.

A great, very beautiful hotel. Located a very short walk from the historical downtown, it offers spacious and well-appointed rooms (excellent beds, among other things), and terrific customer service. "Everything for the customer" is their motto, and they fully live up to it. I overslept after a redeye flight, and realizing I missed breakfast, the hotel staff knocked on my door inviting me to the restaurant where they provided a full morning meal. Overall, it was a great stay. I would highly recommend the hotel.

We arrived here as members of an ASA study tour group in Uzbekistan - fascinating place but for another day. The hotel we understand is a beautifully renovated old caravanserai. From the reception through the rooms, breakfast & conference facilities this is a fabulous property. The staff were delightful but the real surprise was when heading out for a wander one evening, I was confronted by people taking photographs as I came down the entrance steps. I was assuming there must’ve been some celestial event happening in the night sky behind, but no, they were just capturing images of the very impressive facade - a fitting recognition of a terrific property.

Stayed three nights at this hotel. The interior is designed in a traditional oriental style and helps you immerse yourself in the culture and traditions of Bukhara. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, a few minutes from the main attractions. Spacious rooms, delicious and varied breakfast. Thank you for the comfort and hospitality!

What an amazing hotel. Right in the middle of the old walled city and surrounded by all the ancient monuments, shops and stalls. I joined a group tour and we were so well looked after. The rooms were a good size and had all the amenities one could wish for. The breakfasts made rising early well worthwhile. Such a choice of food. We had three nights here and loved every minute. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel. Easily accessible in the historic center. Great for evening walks. Cozy and clean. Large rooms (huge double bed, 2.5 meters wide). Satisfactory bathroom. The only shame was that the room had no windows and glass door with curtains. Excellent and plentiful breakfast

Spent two nights at the end of April, during a group tour. It was my favorite hotel, probably due to its central location. My room, clean and pleasant, on the first floor, overlooked the domes of the covered market: beautiful. The entrance hall is beautiful. Minus the breakfast room in the basement. However, the quality and choice of products are good.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the middle of the old trading area of Bukhara. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The best selection of food for breakfast outside of Tashkent. The staff are helpful and courteous. Originally a caravansai, the hotel is beautifully decorated in Uzbek style. Excellent conference room and facilities.
