This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town's tourist attractions. Everything is within walking distance, and you'll have no trouble finding souvenir shops, restaurants, or cafes. The hotel itself is clean, and since it's set back a bit from the main road by a park, it's very quiet at night. Breakfast starts at 8 AM and offered a great variety of delicious options. Our room was well-equipped with complimentary bottled water, a kettle, instant coffee, tea, a mini-fridge, and a safe box. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. They always greeted us with a smile every time we returned to the hotel. A special shout-out to Mr. Muzafar; even after we checked out, he offered us tea and beans while we waited for our train in the lobby and even carried our suitcases downstairs to the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Excellent hotel 👍 located right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're in a lush, blooming square with a pond, numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, and souvenir stalls. This area also boasts a high concentration of ancient Bukhara's architectural sights. There's no need to walk far. However, I still recommend getting a guide; it will be more interesting and informative. The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any question. The rooms are small but very clean. There's an inner courtyard where you can relax away from the city hustle and bustle. Overall, I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!

This is my first negative review, but this hotel forced my hand. If you check my profile, you'll see I always leave positive feedback. I try my best to be understanding. However, this hotel, from the manager down to the service, was just plain rude. The manager was unwelcoming and called me guilty, unfair, and even a liar, all because I wanted to cancel the second night of my stay, which I'd booked directly with them. The hotel itself might be okay, even though I saw a cockroach and there was an unpleasant smell at times – but those are minor things, just life. But the manager was truly a ****. Who wants their vacation ruined by that? Even when I told him I would write an honest negative review for his words, he just said he'd find a way out of it. Overall, it was an incredibly unpleasant experience.

Absolutely stunning place! The staff is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, always ready to help. It's a beautiful riad with a perfect location, right off Labi House Square. Everything is close by, and the pedestrian street leading to the Old Town is practically on your doorstep. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfasts are quite hearty, though they only offer instant coffee. However, tea is definitely the focus here, and you can brew your own in a kettle. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The room was incredibly spacious, with the Afanti sculpture visible right outside our window. The location is excellent, and this room type is absolutely perfect for a family of three! Cleanliness: The cleanliness was exceptional, and the bathroom was very spacious. Ambiance: The ambiance was wonderful, truly embodying Uzbek characteristics. Service: The service was excellent. We arrived early at the hotel, and Olim immediately arranged for a freshly vacated room to be cleaned, then promptly helped us check in. They even provided us with afternoon tea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful!

My friend and I had a wonderful vacation, thanks in large part to the hotel, which became more than just a place to stay, but a truly cozy haven. The location is simply incredible – right in the heart of the old city. It couldn't be more convenient: all the sights are literally within walking distance. But the hotel's greatest treasure is its people. I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to the administrator, Olim. He became more than just an employee for us, but a true facilitator of our trip. It was impossible to take him by surprise: he always greeted us with a sincere smile, helped, offered advice, and organized everything perfectly. Not a single request went unanswered, and this feeling of care is priceless. The tea is a whole other story. We drank countless liters of this aromatic beverage during our stay! But every tea party was a symbol of that legendary Eastern hospitality. Thank you for making us feel like welcome guests, not just tourists. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates comfort, history, and human warmth.

The hotel is located right in the center. The room is clean and spacious. Delicious breakfasts with a local twist. Nothing fancy, but delicious and good. All the sights are within easy reach. The staff is happy to help and explain everything. You can leave your luggage after checkout if your train or plane arrives in the evening.

A truly perfect trip! 🧳 The hotel's location next to the Afanti statue makes walking to the old town very convenient. The hotel service was particularly commendable; the hospitality was excellent, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The breakfast in the old town itself is just average, so I highly recommend eating at the hotel.
