Hotel is beautiful and located in the center of old Bukhara. Staff is lovely. View from the terrace of the hotel is unrepeatable. Breakfasts were delicious and rich with varieties. Price is affordable and worth of stay. I highly appreciate their hard work and dedication to guests

The hotel itself was okay, and in a good position, but we had 3 nights of staff who just didn't give a cr@p about their guests - unless their guests were Uzbek nationals. Most of the time the kids who seem to be running this place were either too busy on theerir mobile phones to do anything, or were simply hanging around in their office chatting. Don't stay here also if you are expecting a bar - although it has one, the staff would only open it up for locals. When I enquired at the front desk it was "no bar". So I went up to the rooftop to check it out - one of the the hotel staff was just chilling out on his mobile phone and wasn't interested. A part of Uzbeks turned up later and the staff opened up the bar for them. Room service was also pretty spotty - plenty of missing items that should have been there - hair dryer, kettle, toilet paper, etc. There are plenty of other decent hotel choices in the vicinity - I'd recommend on ogf them instead.
