No telephone inside the room. When you try to contact them no body answer.

The staff are very accommodating and approachable. I love the ambience of the place, I can see the sunrise from the balcony of our room. Their room cleaners know how to get the job done. Only one thing, hot shower doesn't seem to work at times..

Restaurant was very unhygienic, we ate late lunch around 3pm. Server just place the food to our table without cleaning it, imagine new cook food together with leftovers from other costumers. Breakfast doesn’t have drinkable water, pay 50 or run into your room. Hotel scams us, pictures shows how they get us to booked. We wanted nature vibe hotel so we can relax but they cage us, with no tv channels, no bidet pressure and no hot showers. Sadly, a walk in family able to get the room we desire. But it’s okay. Not until My senior citizen mom used trash bin so she can wash herself. and All of us endured the cold shower in a freezing temperature. I can’t even count how many time I slammed the telephone with all of our complaints. I had enough of bad service. I’d talked to the head and the manager both of them apologized for their shortcomings and offer 10% discounts and some ensaymada (trying to win us back) thanks but no thanks, compensating us won’t change our bad experience. We can deal with small bed, pillows, views and lights but bathroom functions hell no. What a shame Dahilayan Forest Park Resort. If I knew they will ruined our vacation we should have stayed in some transient house nearby. The place is beautiful, activities are fun , just take out the hotel it will be a perfect destination.

All the staff are accommodating especially Yuri. He took a video of us on the rainbow slide. It is not part of his job but he did it for us. A nice place to stay with good view. Superb service. Hope that we can visit again someday. Highly recommended!

Our over all first dahilayan experience was good and memorable. The room was clean the staff are very friendly and accommodating. But my only concern was the food. There should be a food menu that is for share. Upgrade your food so that there are many to choose from. Lastly, your staff in the restaurant specially the once that are taking the orders should listel carefully because she was confused between sizzling pork sisig and sizzling pork.

Better than Tagaytay and Baguio experience. The bed comfort, food, the adventure rides, the staff, the price, the atmosphere. We all love it. But you need to put intercom or telephone in your guest rooms for total guest experience. Dahilayan and the whole Bukidnon is underrated.

Our photos summarize the surroundings & activities/recreational facilities of the resort. The cool weather enhances relaxation. There’s a sense of security as the gate is closed unless a vehicle enters/leaves. For improvement: Apart from Forest Cafe w/c is a canteen-like food service & food quality, it will be nice if there will be a bit more upscale resto so that guests can have a choice. Provide hair dryer & lotion in every guest room.

Our stay at Dahilayan Forest Park Resort was wonderful! Everything was good, and the people were fantastic. The only downside was the shower lacking hot water. We stayed in a spacious room, which was very comfortable. Despite the minor inconvenience, our overall experience was positive. Given the chance, we would definitely come back.
