Last minute booked the room and it was well prepared. The staff ready 24hrs to assist the guest

There’s something wrong with our room AirCond. The unit was blowing hot air ! The whole room was very hot & we couldn’t sleep. Called the reception to borrow a fan & was told there was none !! We couldn’t sleep the whole night coz it was so hot ! An Indian guy fr the reception came to set up but no use , the AirCond was still not functioning properly & still blowing hot air ! Please look into servicing the AirCond units regularly to give your guests a comfortable stay !!

My friend recommended this hotel. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. The room card was unable to be accessed; staff told us there was a system problem and they would ask IT to fix it. When we got back to the hotel from dinner, we double-checked with the counter to see if the problem was fixed, and the staff said yes. At last, the problem is still there. A male staff member assisted us to open the room and just left without any explanation why the room card was still unfixable. It made me feel that the staff was quite unfriendly because he looked unhappy about assisting with the matter. The room card is still unable to be used until we check out. I do not recommend the hotel to the person who likes a quiet place to rest when on holiday because it is very noisy at night due to the hotel being near the Mamak restaurant.

Very disappointed on their check in time. We reached at 3.20pm for checked in 2 rooms. But had been informed by staff that rooms were not ready yet. We waited more than one hour then only can done. One of the room air conditioners is noisy and less cooling.

Nice budget hotel. Good location at the heart of Perda Town.
