Everything excellent as this my repeat stay. Just thinking best is the hotel can offer room type upgrade will be perfectly. The pool need to have proper service as the title is out from the floor . And walking distance to the colmar for some activities and fun + dinning

I love this resort for their hospitality and comfortable room. I booked a one-bed room suit for 2 nights. Me and partner just need a place to relax and chill, so we do not expect a happening place and this place is just nice for us. We drove our own and we were greater by the hotel staff on arrival, the staff is there ready to help us for the luggage and the manager helped me to park my car so that we can proceed to check-in. Welcome drink and as served and it was honey lemon mint, which is refreshing and taste nice. The check-in process was fast and the lady staff (sorry I forgot the name) is very friendly and helpful. She even escort us to the room. As I read the review that some rooms come with smart TV while some not, so I put a special request to ask for a room with smart TV since our plan is to chill in the room. So my request was taken note by the hotel which I am Impressed. The room is very spacious and new, the living room is huge and comes with the TV. The bedroom is spacious too and the bed is very comfortable. In addition, the bed room comes with a smart tv as well, so we enjoyed our time watching Netflix. The one bed room suit comes with 2 toilets and 1 shower room which I find it’s good. My room came with breakfast which I think the food spread is just nice as we don’t expect a widespread of food which is a e can’t have much as well. All the staff that we met in the resort are very well-trained, friendly. I would come back for their great hospitality and comfy room. For me, it worth the money that we paid off.

Everything was great! We felt so welcomed by the staffs who greeted us as well as the services rendered during our stay. Our family of 7 enjoyed the stay very much, the 3 bedroom suite was awesome and fit us all comfortably. Breakfast spread was decent and we would definitely be back, soon!

it’s really nice hotel for honeymoon or for relaxing.. its more tehn 5 star’s service.. food ok.. they have shuttles bus service.. friendly staff..

1) television is old and outdated, the channel is limited only common channel and blurry. 2) the food quality at La Vie is bad and the taste is bad. The price is too high for that kind of quality. 3) the toilet was flooded due to drain was not clean well which cause the drain clogged in the shower area. 4) bad experience during check in had to wait for almost 2 hours to get th room ready and the worst part was i had to ask whether the room is ready aftr more than 1nhalf hour only the receptionist confirm the room is ready. 5) the room has no mini bar/ table to place the kettle or other stuff. Had to heat up the water on the TV table. With the hotel price, i would say its not worth it and too expensive for the amenities as you can get a better hotel such as avani or mandarin oriental or berjaya hills resort.

Hotel is getting run down...rooms are not kept clean. Choking wash basin and shower drain, TV not working. Overpriced food ....better stay in Genting not worth the money .....no good restaurants nearby except colmar ...also no good

The Chateau Spa is beautifully built on top of Berjaya hill. Room size is good for 2+1 to occupy with comfort bed & pillow. B'fast with wide selection & set up in glass banquet hall. Overall 4.5 stars. *waited till 430pm to check-in.

Mark’s service level was top notch, weather was cool and everything was beautiful. But spa closes at 7pm and pool also closes early so staying one night is not really an option.
