When were there, it was almost empty and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was limited to small choice. Twin room was quite spacious. It was pretty clean and well maintained. For a 3-star, they supplied with soap, shampoo and even dental brush kit. The staff was helpful to lend us a mobile charger adapter. Location is close to main amenities in the city.

The Royal Denai Hotel is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. There were 2 dirty underwear from the previous guest in the room. The bed had not been changed, there was blood in the bed. The mattress is full of mold and stains of piss and sweat. There are a lot of hairs in the bath from the previous guest and the shower curtain is dirty. Only towels were placed in the room but otherwise not cleaned. We asked for another room and saw several rooms, unfortunately they were not clean either.
