Good location
On the other hand, I had asked in the special requests to have a room with a refrigerator, to provide medical trea**ent, when we arrived at 9 p.m. our room did not have one. The person at reception was very kind, she changed rooms for us. But she told us she never received our request. However I received a response telling me that they would do their best. Whose answer is it?

Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Ghetto hotel no microwave, no fridge, no continental breakfast as advertised, no internet ,lots of druggies hanging around. No maid service. Very unsafe I went to the front desk bc my keys were not working they didn't even check my ID. The room was somewhat clean.

While the staff in the office was very nice, our room had a very broken door frame, beds were terrible, the TV did not work, the refrigerator would not get cold, the showerhead in the bathroom is approximately 5 foot from the ground so if you’re over 5 foot you would be taller than the showerhead and when I made the reservation, I made it for three adults and one child and they only gave us two towels. Just not a good experience at all.

The door did not deadbolt.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
There was no in-room fridge after me trying to call and confirm ahead of time.
No TV channels really.
Didn't even stay the 2nd night of our reservation and would not stay there again!
