Motel was a very convenient location with reception staff cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately it was very noisy from the road and other visitors staying at the motel. There were old blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases, and the coffee cups had old coffee remnants in the bottom of the cups.

This motel is the closest to the CBD with quite large rooms and comfortable enough beds. There is not a lot of noise from Bourbong St even though it can be quite busy and some locals like to make as much noise in their cars as they can. It’s good value for money. Plenty of off street parking.

Great location for what I wanted - close to rail. Pricing, service and general advice was good. Bed was a little spongy soft and rolled on tiled floor. No big deal :) No laundry facility at motel but laundromat close by. Overall keep up the good work

Clean and tidy motel that is basically in the central city. It is close to a wide range of eating and dining options as well as other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. value for money. The room had a smart TV so was able to access Netflix. It was great value for the tarrif and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

For the last three nights we have enjoyed staying at the Matilda Hotel in Bundaberg, and are very glad that we have!!! Our room was a good size with a super comfortable bed and reasonably sized toilet/shower. While the Hotel does not offer meals, there is an excellent take away directly across the road. Since our arrival Annie has made us feel more than welcome, and has been very helpful with suggestions for what to do and where to go!!!
