This place is super beautiful, and the whole feeling is very warm. We were received by a warm-hearted French grandma who introduced everything about the hotel in great detail. The air in the mountains is also very good!

Très grande chambre, confortable. Personnel aux petits soins. Bâtiments et cadre superbes. Au milieu des montagnes on n'entend que les oiseaux et les moutons. Très bonne cuisine, généreuse et variée. L'endroit parfait pour un grand bol de nature.

If you work in the hospitality industry, and you want to know how to provide the best service possible, then visit this wonderful hotel! Beautiful place in perfectly tranquil setting. The team is exceptional. From the first interaction on email with the wonderful Antonia to the final warm farewell, nothing was a problem. We had a junior suite which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast lovely, lots to choose from. We had planned to explore the area in the evening but ended up heating in the restaurant every night as it was so good. Providing a simple and free buffet for guests between one and 3 pm is a lovely touch. Hope to return soon.

The staff, the location, the restaurant, the SPA. Everything EXCELLENT. María Antonia's check in was a 10. A truly luxurious stay. Looking forward to repeating...for sure!! It is a hotel with a fantastic SPA where you can relax and unwind. With trekking option in the area.

Idyllic, tranquil location. Would recommend to anybody seeking some peace and quiet. One thing to note that it is fairly remote so getting a hire car rather than the exorbitant local taxi fares should be considered.

Driving down winding roads, we finally arrived at the extraordinary L'Hermitage Hotel and Spa in the mountains. Prepare to be totally charmed. The attention to detail throughout the resort is impressive. Our large suite was refreshingly huge, with a sitting room and a delightful, large wooden deck overlooking olive /lemon orchards. The scent in the air was glorious. The welcome wine bottle with fruit was much appreciated. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Service is polished, but friendly, helpful, and sincere. The spa pools are well maintained. A sublime retreat.

On this occasion, we stayed in early September and had a wonderful stay only complaining about over indulgence in the lovely outside restaurant area. This was our third stay and consistently good with the same staff of Juan, Angel and their very pleasant colleagues. It was our first post covid visit and we were honoured to be received like long lost friends, a lovely warm return. We also met new equally friendly staff members including Antonio and Pedro. It's been said before, don't go if you are looking for the delights of Magaluf but if you want to see Mallorca at its most natural and best, do pay the L'Hermitage a visit!

Avons séjourné 3 nuits en chambre supérieure. Calme et sérénité au rdv. Hôtel de charme. Calme repos total. Très propre et qualitatif. Avons opté pour la demi pension et aucun regret. La formule inclus entrée plat dessert à la carte excellent produits et service soigné. Je recommande vivement.

Hotel situado en un lugar emblematico, tanto por su paisaje, como por su habitat y como su propia historia. Y si ademas añadimos un servicio inmejorable hacen de este un lugar para repetir. El desayuno bastante variado, la cena a precio bastante razonable, entre 25, 30 euros por persona 1 entrante 2 principales y un postre + vino local 50 cl. Las instalaciones spa + piscina suelen ser las que puedes encontrar en hoteles de estas caracteristicas, para nuestra suerte practicamente solos. He leido algun comentario sobre insectos, lo raro seria no encontrarlos en hoteles situados en plena naturaleza, estan en su habitat. Un placer y como dije, repetiremos.
