Hotel was very clean and comfortable. our room was large and had everything we needed. The staff were very polite and professional. There was tea/coffee making facilities also if you needed more there was plenty in the reception. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel itself is fine. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we would expect. The issue is the restaurant, it’s awful. Poorly staffed, staff not trained in customer service and bland food which was expensive. Would not use the restaurant again and most likely look for a better hotel

As a frequent guest at premier inn I can say this is one of my favourite. As you would expect its clean warm and comfortable , And there's always a warm welcome from Mandy and her colleagues on reception. The beefeater is good and there's a tesco over the road . Great place to stay .

Booked an accessible room for my mum, Ali on reception let me see the room beforehand so that I could check it had everything mum needed. Room was lovely, great facilities and comfy bed. Good to have a fridge and lots of different lighting options. All staff were friendly and helpful

Receptionist Ali was incredibly helpful to my grandparents needs as well as resolving an issue with my own rooms air conditioning. The service received definitely saved the trip from becoming one full of stress. Breakfast was nice although after 9am became incredibly busy leading to a wait for hot food to become restocked

New Premier Plus room was good but shower risky to use as nothing to hold on to. Reception staff said this was a frequent complaint. Poor design - a shame since money has clearly been spent on upgrading the rooms.

Stayed here new year eve and had a meal in the evening couldn’t fault the place, and the all you can eat cooked breakfast was more than satisfying. Staff were nice and friendly so overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this premier inn even if it’s just popping in for an evening meal and drinks or breakfast

Very clean, had complication booking online, front of desk was a little bit rude at first but then was fine…… not understanding the boss of our group (working away) is 67 and isn’t technology gifted as understandable, only certain rooms available at the front desk…. When online said their was more pushing the cost up. The food establishment attached was very good, clean and reasonably priced, (Nolan) was class very friendly funny and done all to satisfy our needs. Breakfast was good too with a wide variety for all. would recommend for sure. 4/5 ⭐️
