The receptionist was somewhat nice, she checked us in without giving much information... the pillows weren't very comfortable and my neighbor's snoring kept us from sleeping.

Quite disappointed… At first, everything was fine, but then in the afternoon, 10-15 small children arrived at the pool (a place meant for relaxation), creating a huge commotion. Since there was no lifeguard, there was no supervision whatsoever (because, of course, the parents weren't there). They were splashing everyone without any regard for others. We didn't think to say anything to reception until the next morning when the children arrived again, splashing, shouting, and making a lot of noise. They were jumping from a raised platform overlooking the pool and could have hurt themselves. We finally reported it to reception, and they couldn't care less, as it was ultimately an "external problem," but I seriously doubt that nothing could have been done about it (at least giving the children specific times to be alone and have fun). The service was very, very poor. Also, the sauna (if you can even call it that) was a tiny cubicle; in fact, someone with claustrophobia could have had a terrible time, and the wooden walls were broken. It was also a bit dangerous because if you wanted to sit down, you had to lean on a wobbly stool, and between the sauna being small and everything, you could easily take a nasty fall. In conclusion, as I said, I was very disappointed with some of the facilities and the lack of consideration shown for something that we thought could have been handled reasonably well and that both parties could have agreed on.

Spacious rooms, in my case Deluxe with garden, European breakfast in a very bright dining room, and parking.

I booked this hotel for a stopover during a road trip, planning to arrive at the hotel—myself, my 7 and 13-year-old children, and I—take a dip in the pool, and then go out for dinner in town. We arrived and the pool was closed. The explanation they gave us was that there had been an unforeseen problem, without any further explanation or guarantee that it would be open the next morning. The next morning it was open, so we decided to go there to relax a bit before continuing our trip. However, our moment of relaxation turned into a moment of suffering because the air was unbreathable, causing irritation to our eyes and nose, probably due to the treatment they applied. I find the way this 4-star hotel handled this situation unacceptable. We paid for a service that we didn't receive (the pool) or that was in terrible condition, and the hotel showed no care or attention to its guests.

Close to attractions. The hotel is huge. Breakfast was good too.

The facilities are very good, the staff is friendly and attentive. It is the second time we go but we will repeat for sure
