Everything OK

The facilities, the service, the location, everything perfect

The rooms, as well as the breakfast, are more at the level of a 5 than a 4 star. Note that the hotel's restaurant (which is great) is closed on Sundays. A tip - 100 meters west of the hotel there is a cheaper and more spacious public car park than the one at the hotel.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location near the center. Nice room, a bit classic. The breakfast was definitely worth repeating!

Excellent establishment. Luxurious and very well located for visiting the city of Burgos on foot. A very well equipped room. Parking under the hotel but very expensive for the night

Excellent hotel and location. The only complain is that the hotel didn’t have a way to really control the temperature in the room. It was extremely hot with the heater so I had to open the door for the air to flow in the room.

This hotel is located just 5 min distance from sightseeing places. This hotel is a part of a church, inside was renovated. Very gorgeous inside.

Large room but to warm, old hotel run by very young people who try but do not match. Very bad that for dinner they put us in a small breakfast room. We could not leave the hotel, this was very bad. Steak that I ordered was not good.

This hotel is just perfect. It’s huge and beautiful, the room was amazing, very clean and very well equipped, the bathroom very big, staff was super nice and helpful, and the location is just spectacular. Parking was also very convenient and easy to get to. I think breakfast also deserves a special mention as it was very varied and very good. I would definitely stay again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Hotel appears to be a repurposed monastery - the breakfast room is off the cloisters. (And there is a banquet area in the cloisters.) Room was large and comfortable but very dark. Internet connection fine. Dinner in dining room was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet good. Parking under hotel, with very small spaces (usual for Spain). No bellboy service. Only issue was a couple of desk clerks who were neither competent nor helpful. Good location. I would stay here again.

THe hotel is very well located, very close to the Cathedral and other main attractions. The restaurant is very good. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It was a great stay.

Nice hotel in a great location with parking available, excellent breakfast buffet. Furniture a bit tired and beds very firm. Wonderful staff!
