Muy buena atención. La habitación es agradable, aunque quizás necesite una pequeña actualización, así como cambiar bañera por ducha. Amplios armarios. El hotel es muy silencioso. La cama bien. La zona de desayuno tambien muy agradable.

Great location, great rooms, great service. Pity that the bar was not open in the hotel. Burgos is well worth a visit and this hotel is ideally suited to such a trip. Also pet friendly. Secure parking for a small fee.

It was not clear how to park, written instructions would have been best.
For the price with parking and a pet it was not bad, the location was great. Staff was very nice but really stressed.
The room was very small, we had our pet, so a bit tight.
There was no sign about being considerate of other guests, there wasn’t sound insulation at all.
As dear as your teens can be, running around the hallways after 12 at night can be very disturbing. I was not happy!

Très bon hôtel, personnel accueillant, chambre propre et confortable. Proche centre ville avec parking privatif. Pas de nuisances nocturnes. Petit déjeuner avec buffet avec un bon choix. À recommander.

El trato es muy amable pero me gustaría criticar algunas cosas (para ayudar a mejorar) .-Tener ascensor NO convierte un establecimiento en accesible. Yo tengo movilidad reducida aunque no uso silla de ruedas. En realidad el hotel no es accesible porque hay escalón para acceder, Ningún baño tiene ducha y en general la decoración de las habitaciones es tan recargada de muebles que hay muy poco espacio para moverse, IMPOSIBLE para alguien en silla de ruedas. .-nos quedamos 3 dias y al segundo al parecer no registraron bien nuestra estancia y las tarjetas NO abrían las habitaciones. Lo solucionamos rápido pero fue molesto. -al llegar al desayuno no quedaba nada y tuvimos que esperar a que fuesen a comprar mas. Nada grave pero evitable con mejor planificación. La experiencia fue buena pero los detalles marcan la diferencia y nuestra sensación es que tenían poca experiencia profesional en el campo. quizas volveriamos por el precio y la situacion, a un paseo del centro, pero necesitan mejorar ciertos aspectos generales.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques pas du centre de Burgos avec parking à disposition Chambres assez spacieuses avec décoration délibérément désuète. Tout est très propre et entretenu Le petit déjeuner est correct Cependant, la literie est vieillissante et les prix pratiqués au mois d'aout sont beaucoup trop élevés par rapport à la prestation.
