Fuimos para celebrar un cumpleaños porque nuestra exoeriencia de unos años atrás habia sido correcta. Nos llevamos una gran decepción y disgusto. El ambiente y el servicio son pasables pero la comida es pésima y hasta en mal estado. Pasamos muy mal rato.

El servicio restaurante-bar es pésimo. Estuvimos esperando para un chocolate caliente y unos churros como 20 minutos mientras veíamos que si atendían a otros clientes que llegaron mucho después. Muy mala gestión.

Fuimos en familia a celebrar un cumpleaños y fue decepcionante comprobar la mala calidad de la comida, todo recalentado. Las lentejas eran de bote, el lechazo daba asco el olor y la presentacion. Para rematar el postre, pido un helado y me ponen un cucurucho de oferta a 1€. En fin, lamentable. No volveremos jamás y espero que no vaya nadie, haber si espabilan que hay mucha competencia. No se les ocurra pagar 24,50€ por esa basura porque es un atraco.

Correcto como hotel de paso. Es muy visible la falta de personal. Desayuno correcto,pero servicio muy lento(1 sola persona que se encarga del bar y la recepcion). Habitaciones correctas limpias. Perfecto para descansar

Avoid this hotel! I stayed there one night the 14th of April. They charged the room price twice and despite my several emails they have not returned my money. I have not received any answers from them for 2-3 weeks. Total silence!!

Sí quieres tener una experiencia espantosa es el sitio idea, todos gritan como locos en este hotel, cuidado con preguntar algo en recepción, la carta solo existe fritura y más fritura o cosas que no hay, el personal de cocina grita al camarero todo el tiempo desde la cocina, un camarero para todo y los demás pa la foto, todo tarda mucho y es siempre con mucho agobio y gritos, las salsas vacías. Muy importante las llaves de la habitación siempre fallan y tienes siempre que estar esperando para que te la arreglen por favorcito. Y el menú de fin de semana, caro no, lo siguiente y te lo tiran en la cara con un vino peleón. No recomiendo.

Cracked shower screen, reported nothing happened. Shower head had a mind of it's own, xtra bed had sharp screw, cut husbands leg whilst trying to access electric curtain control. Rotten door frame. If we had not paid I would have walked out. Staff in coffee shop were excellent though. Toilet pedestal not firmly screwed to floor. Very tired interior. Unimpressed

Personale gentile.tuttavia mi hanno dovuto cambiare due volte distanza: nella prima stanza ad un certo punto è andata via la luce.la seconda stanza non si apriva la porta. Nella terza mi hanno messo all’ultimo piano, letteralmente nel soffitto, soltanto con una finestra nel soffitto, mezza rotta. Mai più!
