El hotel está muy chulo y la atención es inmejorable. Nos dejaron guardar las bicicletas en un trastero. Nos falló una empresa que contratamos nosotros para transportar las bicicletas a Ponferrada y ellos nos facilitaron en menos de 1 hora una empresa de transportes a un precio muy bueno.

Hotel very well located in the center but without noise. Pleasant staff. Parking 3 minutes walk away and possibility of parking in front of the hotel to unload. Cleanliness in the room and common areas. Comfortable bedding.

Due to unforeseen changes to our plans we stayed here for two nights. We were charged €100 a night to stay in a small, basic room, underground with only a window to an air duct. If you absolutely have no choice, then go for it, otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere, especially at the ridiculously high prices we had to pay.

It is a hotel that is only for sleeping. You have to be clear about this before booking. It is not for living in the room since it is small and with hardly any outside lighting. If you are clear about this, the cheap price and excellent location are its strong points. The receptionist was super friendly.

Hicimos una reserva a través de una agencia de viajes para 2 adultos y mi hijo de 9 años.La sorpresa al llegar allí fue mayúscula.Dos camas de 80 cada una para dormir todos alegando que la reserva se hizo en doble,o sea,para 2 personas y no para 3.Gracias a la agencia que nos demostró que en su reserva habían puesto 3 personas y no 2 como ellos nos quisieron hacer creer y que intercedió en el caso.Aún así no nos dieron otra habitación porque alegaron que estaban completos.La agencia nos devolvió 40€ de los 140 que nos costó una noche en un hostal que no llega ni a media categoría y tuve que dormir con mi hijo en una cama donde uno tuvo que dormir para los pies y el otro para la cabeza

It was 8 degrees outside and no heating on in the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were very çold. The shower was quite high and the access narrow. Two windows in the room were only 4 or 5 inches wide and only led to adjacent rooms. The bed was small and had a thin mattress so not comfortable. The breakfast room was also cold and breakfast options were poor. I would never stay there again.
