Friendly staff, clean and good size rooms and nothing is any problems for the staff, they even will drive you to your car park with a electric cart even though it’s only a one minute walk to your car

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby. On my second day at this hotel, we had our own makeup artist to come to room to do make up and hair at 4am. However, the hotel corridors lights were not turned on at all. It was total darkness. Also, the room provided just 2 bottles of water. We asked for additional 2 bottles however, to my horror, we had to pay for the additional 2 bottles of water. It’s my first time having to pay for water In hotels. Lastly, during our check out, no one helped with our luggages at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is really nice and educated with good English, our check-in was easy and smooth. Will definitely come back to Buriram , just for this! So many people in the reviews talked about the breakfast, but what we had was really satisfying and most hotels we’ve been to had similar breakfasts and we actually like this one more than some of the other hotels because the Thai food here was really really nice! Will come back for sure!

Staying alone, booking a caravan room is a good idea. Very heart-warming
It's like camping, camping, mind camping. Overall service is very good. The food is good.
But next to the caravan room there is no hair dryer, but it doesn't mean that I like it. I like it. Traveling is convenient, close to Chang Arena. The restaurant is very beautiful. Beautiful hotel, shady, quiet Breakfast is quite good, not a lot but just enough. The room is comfortable. There is a small swimming pool. There's just not very convenient parking.
