A spacious apartment that is ideal for a family-( i have teenagers) we asked to be on a higher level and was given exactly what we asked for by booking direct & had an ocean view thank you! A fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Lovely outdoor heated pool and spa , BBQ, sauna, tennis courts. Comfortable beds, lovely pillows, heat/cooling pumps in rooms.Great location, nearby restaurants & a patrolled beach on your doorstep. We would have given it 5 stars if it had a gym- even a small one would be great. 4 small towels, 2 tiny bath mats, no flannels made it very difficult for a 10 day stay. We asked for extra & they don't supply. We constantly had to wash & dry the towels. For international travellers we need these as we dont want to have to bring unnecessary items in our luggage. Also better kitchen, laundry & bathroom samples/toiletries would have been great -there wasn't enough for 4 people to last even a second day. We would stay again if better supplied especially for a long stay. Room was serviced once during the stay, no toilet paper or toiletries replaced. It is an apartment & not a hotel but these small touches would go a long way. The car alarm next to our car park in the building went off everytime we were near it- we called the apartment manager to let them know & they asked for my phone number & my email so the owners could call me so i could complain to them- not how I would expect this to be dealt with- I had to unload the kids & everything out of the car for 6 days out of the carpark to avoid the car alarm going off it was deafening! Otherwise this is a great place to stay
