A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Undercover secure parking,lovely pool,sauna steam room. Across the road from Burleigh beach and town. Lots of eateries to choose from. Bus runs past the apartments too if you don't have a car. We will be back. Very friendly and helpful apartment management.

Excellent location. Excellent value for money. Clean and spacious apartment. Sadly, the road noise from hoon traffic and the workers doing night work for the light rail...(beyond Ambience's control), directly below our unit. On the good side, everything was at your fingertips for whatever you needed. Great security set-up for cars and units.

The Ambience is in a fabulous location and walking distance to eating, shops and beach. We love staying here. We have stayed in 2 different apartments in the past 12 months and the furniture mainly the couch and bed are in very bad shape. One apartment was also short on proper utensils..such as a sharp knife. If your stay is only a couple of nights it would be fine but if you're staying a couple of weeks it is annoying and I found I had to purchase kitchens items myself for our stay. As this accommodation is 5 star I do expect more. Lots of left over fingerprints on kitchen cupboards, windows and mirrored wardrobes. We will stay again as we love it here but it's disappointing that the apartments aren't keep up to date.

Great location and probably one of the nicer apartment blocks in Burleigh because it is new. We did have an issue with drilling in the apartment above us, and as soon as we complained we were moved to a much bigger and nicer apartment

We booked a room with a water view. To find, on arrival, the room had no water view but it had a great view of the busiest highway going. Which kept my wife up all night. The rep for the establishment said they had not been sent the right information as what our room should be. But she washed her hands of it and said we chase *********** and ***********'s subcontractor. We felt she did not care. So, at significant cost, we checked out and went 100 metres down the road to an establishment with the room we wanted.
