Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Worth-Burleson

The first room I received seemed as if it had not been cleaned. Several very long hairs were in the bathtub area. Smaller hairs were also near the toilet, sink, and I found a couple in the bed. The desk had visible rings from the previous guests’ drinks. Then, I noticed a very large dead bug between the beds, so the floors were never vacuumed. And, I was disturbed at the size of the dead bug which was huge. I asked for another room. The second room was better, but I was never comfortable in this hotel after how dirty the first room was. It was an inconvenience to switch rooms at 10:30 at night with 3 young children. Although I had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room, the man at the front desk was nice when I told him my concerns and he gave me a new room.

It was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't that great, but that wasn't really a deal breaker. We'd definitely stay here again.

The stay was wonderful only complaint I have is the complimentary breakfast good be better other than that everything was reat

The bed was atrocious, hard with no support at the same time. The wife and I both woke up sore beyond belief. Seriously ruining my day. I hope it better in the morning having a stabbing pain between the shoulder blades when I look down or breathe in all the way isn't how I plan to spend Christmas.

Clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast. The a/c unit needed updating but did work after changing the settings several times. Would definitely stay here again

My goodness! I don’t even know where to start! This hotel was by far the most accommodating and most thoughtful hotel I have ever worked with! I’ve worked in the industry for 12 years now and have never worked with a team that has had so much heart and so much dedication to ensure that my family had the best experience when staying with them. I got married this month and needed a hotel block set up in Burleson. That was when I was connected with my friend Sam! Not only does she have THE BEST name ever, but she was THE BEST at what she does. Every time I emailed her, she was quick to make any changes needed and did it with ease and with so much love. Sam also checked in with me, let me know when the deadline was coming, how many rooms had picked up, asked if I needed anything- I truly could not have asked for a more amazing person to work with. My family had nothing but kind words to say about their experience with the staff. From the front desk team, to management, to housekeeping, EVERYONE was so incredibly kind to them! And let me tell you, they were BUSY that weekend. The rooms are brand new, extremely clean, and spacious. I didn’t get to lay on the beds, but my cousin told me her baby slept through the entire night, so I’d say they must be doing something right, lol. I cannot THANK all of you enough for your attention to detail, your true hospitality, and the genuine love and compassion you had for myself and my family. Truly, I will never be able to thank you all enough for making this the easiest choice I made for my entire wedding. Thank you Sam and THANK YOU Hampton Inn!
