I went to the hospital itching in all my body not clean at all bugs everywhere

Dirty floors unswept with toenails all over the floor, filthy towels hanging on top of lamps and shower rods , first and last time for me

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

It needs to be torn down. Nasty dirty holes in walls. Very unsanitary. Will never stay there again. No one was at front desk when I arrived. Waited 30 minutes before anyone showed up

Need more clean because is very dirty bad

This is the absolute worst property that I have ever stayed in, upon entering the room I saw the filth, the dirt, the water damage on the walls. We were directed to this hotel, because the larger city of Greensboro did not have any rooms available. There were huge cigarette burns. Crack pipe burns blunt burns in the bedding. Around 4:30 AM I was awoken to the painful burning sensation of bedbugs, biting my right foot and toes. I am mediately, got up, grab my belongings and went down to the front desk to tell the clerk what was going on and to request a refund she began to make excuses and say that she herself was homeless and asked me why I did not check the mattresses before I lay down. I told her that I was highly allergic to bed bug bites, and I would be going to the ED. I spent the majority of Sunday being treated at the local emergency department. After speaking to the manager, she wants to review the cameras to see what time I left. This place is unsafe and very very filthy and has a bedbug infestation do not stay there!!
