We walked into the hotel and were immediately greeted by the smell of ****. Walking through the halls all you could smell was cigarettes. When we got to the room it smelled damp. The sheets for the pull-out couch had black hair and stains. We took them to the front desk and she exchanged them but offered no apology for the inconvenience. The shower was not properly cleaned it had disgusting dirty fluid around the tub. When we came down to get breakfast the staff hovered and rushed us to get in and out. We will NEVER stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Nice upgrades have been done. Very nice pool and hot tub. Lobby was very nice. Rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. Nice hot breakfast. Only down side is pets are not allowed.
