Room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Went here for the first time from Maine and staff and everything else is fantastic. Very clean and the continental breakfast is also fantastic. They do free shuttle rides to the Lahey Hospital and back and it’s also next door to the mall so it’s a very easy walk to the mall and back to the hotel. Pool and hot tub is fantastic. I will recommend this to anyone.

I love the cleanliness of the room. Was a little disappointed when I didn’t see a stove since the website says full kitchen.

Nice location, staff, and decor. The breakfast is good. When we were there, though, the drainage system around the pool deck was broken or clogged or something so there were huge puddles of water all over the pool area. Also, one of the 2 elevators was broken and our garbage disposal didn’t work in the room. Fairly minor stuff, but still definitely less than perfect.

Great hotel for short and long stay. Large rooms with kitchen and all you need. Breakfast is good and service is nice and friendly What falls behind is the gym - very small and in medium condition What I dislike: noisy heating and the cleaning team use the dishwasher with even a single cup in it Big bonus is the nearby mall with plenty of restaurants

Beautiful place close to Burlington mall and a lot of fancy restaurants. The only thing that I will complain about is the breakfast was good but everything cold and not to many options as the others Residence Inn that I stayed before . My husband and I are fan of this branch of hotel but this time as I mentioned we weren’t satisfied with the breakfast, other than that everything was ok.

The television kept losing internet connection and the WiFi network was so bad. Other than that my stay was pretty good

My family and I stayed from Friday to Sunday and Friday night and Sunday morning the hot tub was less than 90°. On Saturday it was over 100 and it was fantastic. There are a few things we look for in a hotel when we book it. Pool hot tub and breakfast. We are pretty disappointed in the inconsistency.

Stayed at this hotel many times, always clean, always convinient, staff is friendly and welcoming.

Our toliet was broken entire night we had to flush inside bowl ourselves gross

Liked the room, but would have liked a bathtub instead of a shower. People at the desk were nice, and coffee in the lobby was convenent.
